R&D Tel-Aviv, IL monday.com is looking for a senior backend developer to help take our backend architecture to the next level. Youll join our Server Foundations Team based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.
The Server foundations team is part of our Foundations Group, This amazing group of talented developers is responsible for monday's architecture, dealing with difficult engineering challenges in a horizontal level.
Some of the challenges the group faces next year -
* Going to improve monday's board's performance
* Build a new Monday architecture that supports a much larger scale of developers and data
**About The Role**
monday.com is looking for a senior backend developer to help take our backend architecture to the next level. Youll join our Server Foundations Team based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.
The Server foundations team is part of our Foundations Group, This amazing group of talented developers is responsible for monday's architecture, dealing with difficult engineering challenges in a horizontal level.
Some of the challenges the group faces next year -
* Going to improve monday's board's performance
* Build a new Monday architecture that supports a much larger scale of developers and data
* Ensure our architecture supports our short and long term goals.
* Implement key parts of the companys application.
* Lead the research and adoption of new technologies.
* Work with all our R&D teams, sharing knowledge and implementing best practices.
* **Our Stack -** Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL
**Your Experience & Skills**
* Strong technical and coding skills with passion for system architecture.
* Experience with Micro Services architecture, Event Sourcing and modern frameworks is an advantage.
* Experienced with building complex large scale web applications.
* Experience working with databases - Mysql, Postgres, Elastic search, Redis, Cassandra, etc.
* Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
