Terrapin Station, a new full-service concept restaurant, is looking to build its team. If you are energetic, friendly, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for you! We are currently looking for Servers.

Overview:

Our Servers will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers' experiences, so it is crucial that our Servers take pride in providing attentive, friendly, and clean/sanitary service that ensures the best customer experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service. Greet customers and present menus. Make meal suggestions based on their preferences. Take and serve food/drink orders. Up-sell when appropriate. Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner. Keep tables clean and tidy at all times. Deliver checks and collect payments. Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff. Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines. Meets the needs of the operation by assisting in any area requested by the management team. Requirements: Prior experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required. Flexibility to work including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Excellent customer service skills. The ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and continuously bend, reach, and twist; you're constantly on the move. Why work with us?
