Position Overview As the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our service delivery operations within a high profile customer. You will support and monitor our embedded IT and engineering teams, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with both Zitko's business goals and those of our client. This position is vital for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence across our US and UK-based teams.
