Summary:
The Coordinator is crucial in managing and coordinating the daily operations of Allied Technology Group. As a team leader, this role is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of key operational tasks and directly supporting a remote collaborator who reports to them.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Associate degree in Operations or Logistics Management, Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
At least two years of experience in similar roles, with a solid background in operations coordination.
Essential Responsibilities:
Operational Agenda Management: Coordinate appointments, interact with suppliers, and manage inventory efficiently.
Inventory Management: Oversee all inventory processes, including merchandise receipt and system entry.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service and manage client interactions.
Project Management: Lead and manage various projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
Communication Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and information exchange between work teams and company executives.
Visitor Supervision: Manage visitor reception and address queries or issues, escalating when necessary.
Report Preparation: Prepare clear and precise reports, documents, and operational communications.
Resource Supervision: Coordinate and supervise the proper use of office resources and technology for efficient operations.
Team Communication: Maintain fluid communication with the team to support the effective execution of company operations.
Documentation Organization: Organize and maintain operational documentation according to established procedures.
Supplier Coordination: Collaborate in coordinating internal services with suppliers and act as the main contact for management representation.
Order and Shipment Tracking:Track purchase orders, equipment shipments, and returns.
Returns Management: Process and manage returns and other assigned operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
RMA Equipment Return: Handle the return of RMA equipment.
