General Description
Interact with customers to provide them with information in response to their inquiries ensuring that customers receive the best service possible. Research and resolve their service:related problems in an accurate and promptly manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:Handling multiple systems and applications, necessary to complete assigned tasks according to the businesses served by the unit.
:Working with a sense of urgency on referred requests. Completing them on the day they were referred and handling them according to the priorities established by the units service agreements.
:Digitization of documents worked on.
:Advising clients on the terms and conditions of approval of their application.
:Coordinating the disbursement according to the terms agreed with the client.
:Guiding the client through the disbursement process.
:Call customers to follow up on their credit application, validate evidence or guidance on pending documents to be received.
:Maintain effective communication with colleagues from other areas, Branches, Telemarketing, Help Desk, among others for the effective handling of applications.
:Handle additional unit related tasks as required.
Education
+ 60 Bachelors Degree Credits Approved in Business Administration
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

:Positive and proactive attitude. Willingness to listen, understand and solve our clients needs to offer the best alternative according to their needs.
:Fluency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
:Excellent communication skills.
:Excellent interpersonal skills.
:Ability to handle objections over the phone.
:Willing to work under pressure and focused on achieving goals.
:Ability to prioritize, work with multiple tasks simultaneously and on changing needs.
:Willingness to travel outside of Puerto Rico.
