The Service Technician's primary duties encompass, but are not restricted to:
Uphold company and customer-defined standards of quality, hygiene, and service during the installation and maintenance of dispensers, water filtration equipment, and coffee machines across residential and commercial sites throughout the island.
Perform filter replacements.
Handle the installation, relocation, and removal of equipment.
Ensure equipment cleanliness and sanitation.
Address service calls promptly and effectively.
Distribute invoices and service agreements to clients.
Manage product sales and deliveries.
Document all services and utilized parts in Salesforce.
Efficiently manage daily routes.
Oversee inventory of products, parts, and filters in assigned vehicles.
Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
Engage in planning and organizational activities.
Demonstrate attention to detail.
Utilize reasoning skills.
Apply critical thinking and sound judgment.
Manage time effectively.
Conduct troubleshooting as needed.
Exhibit independence in task execution.
