Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers with service equipment intake and opening of work orders. Work with service manager to process warranty claims. Assist service manager in scheduling mechanics workflow and parts ordering Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit payment methods. Inventory management and cleanliness of showroom area. Contribute to a team effort and accomplish team objectives. Requires: Previous service department experience. Knowledge of Outdoor Power Equipment major brands (Sthil , Echo) Excellent communication skills. Good computer skills, experience with IDEAL software a plus. Willingness to continually learn and develop skills and product knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. Must be willing to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds periodically throughout a physically rigorous workday. Salary: $18-22/hour, based on level of experience.
