Handle general email inbox, assign tasks, and conduct in-person meetings with attorneys. This is a front-facing role requiring strong leadership, production experience, and the ability to manage office tasks and staff.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and manage a small team. Handle copy/print/scan tasks and office supply management. Conduct meetings with attorneys and maintain open communication with the client. Manage contracted services (e.g., Copy, Courier, Managed Print, Hospitality). Evaluate team performance, provide training, and support career development. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and client requirements. Maintain customer-focused environment and achieve quality standards. Address issues related to pricing, orders, and invoicing.Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of work experience in a related field. 2 years of managerial experience preferred. 3-5 years of customer-facing work experience required. Knowledge of technology and proficient in office software. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
