Overview Join our team! The Site Supervisor oversees guard force personnel at the assigned respective location.
This position is contingent upon award and not currently funded.
Responsibilities What You'll Get To Do:
Manage and supervise Shift Supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring compliant execution of access control, visitor support, alarm response, and dispatch operations. Works with Shift Supervisor and overall Project Manager to ensure completion of contract objectives.Ensure all personnel are compliant with training requirements. Conduct security inspections. Conduct practical drills and/or exercises as required. Responsible for the overall management and coordination of contract-specific requirements and serve as POC for the government. Supervise all guard service activities.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications You'll Bring These Qualifications:
DoD Secret security clearance. Five (5) years of management experience, preferably with a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization.Demonstrated experience supervising guard force personnel.State security guard card for armed and unarmed officers. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must know various computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
