Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct and assist customers with programming, repairs, and installations of pool and spa equipment.Perform regular pool and spa maintenance, including cleaning and chemical adjustments.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal functionality.Handle sales and installation of new pool and spa equipment.Ensure all services are completed efficiently and within established timelines.Maintain detailed service records and provide customer reports as needed.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should possess: 1+ year of experience in low voltage, plumbing, and/or HVAC (preferred).Strong knowledge of pool and spa chemicals and systems.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.Flexibility to work in various weather conditions.Valid driver's license (DOT certification may be required).EPA Type II certification (preferred).Strong math skills for accurate billing and tax calculations.
