Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic
Social Media Manager & Content Creator
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact social media strategies, content planning, creation, and execution that increase brand awareness, and engagement in the online community, and drive growth across all our social platforms. You should have deep knowledge of best practices across social and digital platforms. The scope involves planning and execution of a full funnel of social media marketing campaigns from awareness to conversion depending on the marketing objective. This includes brand awareness, conversion (promotion creation, visuals, ads), and consumer engagement campaigns. This individual provides innovative solutions that are based on consumer insights. Must be able to manage multiple sales and company campaigns and/or marketing initiatives across multiple social media platforms; analyzing and implementing changes throughout to optimize the campaign(s). Ideal candidate should know restaurants, hotels, and travel and tourism industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with our brand goals
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Write creative copy and produce digital content for social platforms
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategies
Prepare monthly analytics reports and recommendations
Support social media campaigns such as client-specific marketing initiatives, giveaways, and contests
Manage paid social media campaigns
Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Excellent command of both English and Spanish
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail
Proficient in social media analytics tools and content creation software
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about staying current with industry trends and emerging platforms
