Solar Sales Regional Manager

United Solar, a leading Solar Sales Company, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Solar Sales Regional Manager to join our team. As a Solar Sales Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities in a specific region, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Solar Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets. Manage and mentor a team of Solar Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to drive their success. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives. Monitor and report on regional sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements Solar Sales experience required 2 years experience in Solar Sales preferred Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel within the region as required.
