Solicitor

Responsibilities:
Manages requests and documents for quotes, issuing, and endorsements.
Records daily data.
Imports or scans documents into required systems.
Provides support to customers, dealers, and producers. during the quoting and issuing process.
Supports training sessions.
Acts as a bridge between marketing and customers.
Participates in promotional and sales events.
Assists with claims follow-up and new policies.
Maintains strong relationships with business partners.
Promotes other company services, like Credit Insurance and Finance.
Processes payments according to company procedures.
Willing to work in different job locations and supports other sales points as needed.
Helps with special projects when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferably Marketing concentration, and one (1) year of experience in insurance product marketing.
Strong knowledge of the Company's business lines and products.
Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding.
Skilled in information analysis, case evaluation, and sound decision-making.
Able to manage high workloads, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong collaboration skills.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and public interaction skills.
Bilingual (Spanish and English).
