salary: $19 - $19.5 per hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions through phone, email, and chat channels. Assist customers with a variety of needs, including product information, order status, billing inquiries, and more. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and share feedback with management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
