Applicants for the Solutions Sales Director position at the company should possess a minimum of 7-10 years' of experience in field sales for software companies, with a focus on digital transformation, Agile PPM, ERP, BI, or other enterprise solutions. A strong background in strategic selling, the ability to work effectively in a multi-product setting, and experience in partner relationship management are essential. The role requires a candidate with excellent business acumen, the ability to effectively position and negotiate value, and a history of quota outperformance. Sales certifications in Challenger, SPIN Selling, or Certified Sales Executive are preferred.
