You will have the opportunity to:
Assess new technologies and techniques, and develop integration plans ensuring System of systems interoperability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet internal/external stakeholder requirements and needs. Conduct market surveys, analyze alternatives, create technology roadmaps, and capture opportunities for technology transition to operations/production. Shape solutions that bring impact to the Great Power Competition, advancing the future of Positioning, Navigation, Timing (PNT) and military communications in the Space Force. Join us. You Have: 10+ years of experience leading teams in DoD systems, including systems engineering for a range of mission applications, such as AI/ML, command, control, communications, computers, cyber-defense, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance Experience in assessing industry capabilities, developing strategies for operationalizing PNT and communication systems prototypes into funded projects, and early technology research leading to maturation and adoption Experience in effectively managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in a dynamic environment Knowledge of the operational, integration, and acquisition challenges within the GPS enterprise, including Space, Control, or User Equipment segments Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics Nice If You Have: Experience in securing funding, prioritizing projects through innovative strategies, and creative exploitation of processes Experience with DoD Science and Technology processes, Model-Based Systems Engineering, and establishing laboratory capabilities for technology incubation. Experience in systematic architecture planning and evolutionary improvement of complex PNT systems, including hybrid and alternate Experience in creating resilient PNT capabilities, addressing vulnerabilities, and tackling technology challenges, including those presented by the U.S. Space Force. Knowledge of the operational, integration, and acquisition challenges within a Global Navigation Satellite System, including its respective Space, Control, or User Equipment segments Knowledge of Military Stakeholder Utility Analysis or similar methodologies for enterprise capability prioritization Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders, including government clients, FFRDCs, and associate contractor teammates TS/SCI clearance Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a technical field Systems Engineering Professional certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP certification Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
