Specialist, Collegiate Marketing

The Specialist, Collegiate Marketing executes the student marketing strategies for the US, reporting to the Manager of Collegiate Marketing based onsite in Santa Monica, CA headquarters. You will contribute to the planning and execution of US-wide projects, driving brand awareness and relevance amongst our core target audience and the future consumer on/around campus. You will apply insights and create the most effective programming for the US consumer, working with the Global HQ team. Additionally, you will project manage collegiate activations, focused on building unique value to the US consumer and scaling across the US. The Specialist is an important member of the Marketing team and will work cross-functionally to bring the full marketing mix to life in the collegiate space across the US - including sport, culture, communications, and the Red Bull Media Network. You are also responsible for being a partner to the Region teams, ensuring quality execution and innovation across all activations.
Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years marketing experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams, including project management (planning & prioritization)
Experience applying consumer insights and translating learning into action
Experience navigating through a matrixed organization
Experience with large meeting facilitation and presenting
Creative mind with the ability to see the 'big picture'
Sound strategic thinking capabilities
'Can do' mentality
Education requirements: Bachelor's Degree required
Language requirements: Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
Travel: Up to 25%
