Specialist, Initiatives

The Initiatives Specialist is an important support role on the Initiatives team and the broader Brand Marketing team at Red Bull North America. You will support the development and execution of the national product portfolio strategy to ensure an optimal and winning assortment for the U.S. market.
EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
University degree or comparable degree in business-related studies Professional experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or the on-premise Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite Preferred (but not required) understanding of Circana Syndicated Database (Unify+), Numerator, JDA Space Planning & SAP-based tools Work cross-functionally and to influence without direct authority Capacity to manage multiple and evolving projects/priorities and stakeholders simultaneously "Can do" mentality and open/solution-oriented mindset Reliable, structured, communicative team player with a love for details Passion for the Red Bull Brand and Products Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
