BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is currently hiring a Specialist Quality Complaints to join our team.
As a Specialist Quality Complaints, you will be responsible for managing and investigating product complaints to ensure compliance with quality standards.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve overall product quality.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and update the complaints database promptly with accurate information.
Summarize and document closed investigations in the database.
Review and approve complaint-related investigations to ensure they are concise, clear, and grounded in science.
Follow up on corrective actions derived from investigations to ensure timely completion.
Depending on the nature and complexity of the complaint, conduct and document investigations.
Translate highly technical investigation findings into clear and concise documents for non-technical reviewers.
Communicate and escalate complaints as necessary.
Represent the site on the product complaint network.
Generate and issue closure letters to patients and business partners.

High computer literacy, with the ability to follow and implement instructions independently.
Ability to evaluate issues, make decisions, and determine when escalation is necessary.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in investigations and complaint management.
Full bilingual proficiency (both written and spoken).
Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 3 years of directly related experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of directly related experience OR Associate's degree with 10 years of directly related experience OR High school diploma / GED with 12 years of directly related experience.
