About WELLBOUND Certified Home Health Agency:

We are actively seeking dedicated interdisciplinary therapists to provide exceptional care to pediatric and adult individuals with special needs in the comfort of their homes or at our Assisted Living facilities . *Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)*

*Locations:Brooklyn and other boroughs of New York City*

Responsibilities for a Speech Language Pathologist:

Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing expressive and receptive disorders to enhance function and quality of life.

Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain effective and timely communication.

Qualifications of a Speech Language Pathologist:

Valid NYS Professional License

NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY

Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS assessment is a plus but not required.

*Compensation for Speech Language Pathologist:*

$85-$95 per visit (Fee-for-Service) or $115,000 yearly salary (Full-Time)
