Caseload: Elementary students across two school sites




ProCare Therapy is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oak Forest, IL. This role involves working across two elementary school buildings, providing speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 40 students. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a collaborative environment and handle a diverse range of speech challenges.




Responsibilities Include:




Assess and treat speech and language disorders


Serve as the case manager for 20 students, overseeing their therapy and progress


Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families


Support students in both general education and specialized classrooms (ASD and developmental)


Handle Medicaid billing and utilize the EdPlan IEP system
