Job Summary:
Functions as a key finance professional primarily responsible for the preparation of SEC filings.
* Participate in the preparation of all external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K and earnings releases on Form 8-K.
* Prepare the Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Shareholder's Equity, share-based compensation expense and other financial disclosure requirements with such filings.
* Coordinate the information gathering process across the organization.
* Assist with equity compensation accounting and reporting.
* Prepare the quarterly SEC reporting tie-outs, which include the supporting documents for the SEC filings.
* Review XBRL interactive data files for 10-K filings in accordance with the SEC filing requirements.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to SEC Reporting and share-based compensation.
* Assist with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of significant new accounting pronouncements.
* Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP, including recently issued accounting pronouncements and SEC reporting principles and regulations.
* Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and internal control frameworks
* Excellent interpersonal and project management skills with ability to work effectively with multiple functional areas and collaborate with people with a diverse set of talents and perspectives.
* Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Experience with Workiva, UBS, Intelligize a plus.

Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibilities - mix of Big-4 and / or public company experience required.
* Experience working through ambiguity to communicate clear accounting positions and operational solutions required
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; higher degrees are preferred
* CPA required

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $45.00 and $65.00 per hour and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
