Roles & Responsibilities Partner with the Business andOperations to translate business requirements (new capabilities andimprovements to existing functionality) for the Sales, Supportand Marketing functions. Support the relationship withthe Global Sales, Services and Marketing, utilizing proactiveaccount management strategies, and develop strong business relationships Collaborate with stakeholdersto define analyze and document information needs and functionalrequirements Lead bus iness analysis for Leadto Account, Order to Cash business processes, and modelingactivities by interviewing process owners, users and other stakeholdersto identify business processes, evaluates the current process andworkflow for various business functions Deconstruct large workitems/stories into smaller independent components understandingbusiness requirements and translating into Epics, and User Storieswithin Jira. Lead work sessions with technical team members toaddress questions or issues etc. Work with the business units todevelop test plans and procedures, to validate the applicationdesign, define acceptance criteria with the overall project team. Document findings and recommendimprovements. Act as a liaison betweenProject Sponsors/Stakeholders and technical teams.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business and technicalrequirements, business rules, concept maps, process maps, userflows, acceptance tests Coordinate and schedulemeetings, assist team members in preparing for meetings, leaddiscussions, summarize and communicate outcomes to users and managersand resolution of issues. Be the 'go to' person forimplementation, day-to-day operation of various Go to Market Technology platforms includingbut not limited to, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Tableau and SAP Resolve issues between statedbusiness requirements and what is technically feasible byidentifying issues, evaluate alternative systems solutions with systemdesigners and users and communicate the end result. Test the application asrequired by project timelines. This also includessupporting stakeholder testing. Act as a liaison between the ITorganization and the Sales, Marketing and Services organizations tosupport the planning process, provide oversight of projectdelivery, resolve escalated issues, and facilitate communication onany critical issues. Adhere to the Companys QualityManagement System (QMS) as well as domestic and global qualitysystem regulations, standards, and procedures. Understand relevant security,privacy and compliance pri nciples and adhere to the regulations,standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company. Ensure other members of thedepartment follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures. Perform other work-relatedduties as assigned.
