As the oldest children's charity in the Western US, this organization helps individuals and their loved ones who struggle with mental illness and behavioral health issues by providing treatment, prevention programs to children, youth, families, foster care, education, behavioral health, mental health, crisis intervention, crisis stabilization, after school programs and much more.
Position Summary This is a senior director level position that holds responsibility for developing and leading these services, providing day-to-day operational management, and monitoring data and continuous quality improvement indicators. The position will also be responsible for seeking and implementing new clinical business opportunities through strategic partnerships, new program opportunities and diversified revenue streams.
The position requires an entrepreneurial spirit and experience with clinical start-ups. In addition to launching new programs, experience with private pay clients is essential. The successful candidate should have experience in the deployment of client engagement platforms, and will be responsible for revenue generation, contract negotiation and back-office operations. This position will also work in partnership to support additional training program opportunities and APA accreditation with Edgewood's new Psychological Services Center that currently provides training to doctoral level psychology students.
