WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with five (5) years of Engineering experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Bilingual (English & Spanish).
Project Management skills.
Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
Experience in: MAXIMO, SDOCS, QMTS, and GDMS. SME - Deviations, Change Controls, and CAPA. Regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) Production Processes, Maintenance, Facilities, and Equipment. Bring it on! AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Complete complex or novel assignments that require the development of new and improved engineering techniques and procedures.
Develop engineering policies and procedures that affect multiple organizational units.
Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of a small staff of engineers, associates, and technicians on an ongoing basis, as well as on a project basis.
Employ advanced engineering techniques and modifications of advanced techniques within the area of engineering expertise.
Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices beyond the area of discipline expertise to a broad variety of assignments in related fields.
Serve as a peer-recognized engineering technology specialist in at least one area, taking overall responsibility for determining methodologies in that area.
Apply mature engineering knowledge in planning and conducting projects.
Develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Collaborate with research, manufacturing, process development, utilities, facilities, quality assurance, and validation departments to develop requirements and recommendations for large and complex system or facility modifications.
Work with project managers to complete design and engineering projects within schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
Coordinate the work of consultants, architects, and engineering firms in developing standard design documents.
Develop departmental or project budgets encompassing multiple disciplines for the area within the project or the entirety of the small.
