AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Develop documentation such as protocols, reports, procedures, etc. Coordinate and work with the corresponding functional areas to assure mfg activities execution. Execution of validation protocols, feasibility studies, metrology. Coordinate and work with the corresponding functional areas to assure activities execution. Follow up changes in all the stages to assure they are completed on time. Comply with strategy due dates. Manage multiple projects and or task at the same time. Perform line balancing & standard study according to capacity analysis to support demand alignment, projects and aspirations. Verify procedure and process and make the proper changes according to product manufacturing through proper documentation System. Establish and monitor engineering standards and update Standard / hours, yield, Scrap levels of products. Analyze and Monitor key indicators of the assigned area through metrics and graphs. Improve manufacturing processes according to Corporate Standard. Support manufacturing quality system investigation (CAPA, NCRs, customer complaints). Promote and actively participate in the activities of continuous improvement of the processes (6s, Gemba, Kaizen) and areas under its responsibility.
