Position Summary: Sr. Enterprise Applications Manager
Manages and supports key business processes for the development, installation, upgrade, maintenance, support and training for core business systems enhancements, integrations, and new applications. Manages the team of employees who are responsible for application development, business processes and system integration.

•Responsible for all aspects of Enterprise Applications including the ongoing strategic development of Enterprise Application roadmap along with the Vice President of IT.
•Manages key vendor relationships and contracts for products, services, and support related to enterprise applications.
•Works closely with the IT support teams to ensure that the regional needs and customer needs are identified and being met with the proper solutions that can be used around the globe.
•Responsible for customer satisfaction in business systems.
•Identifies opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and the establishment of customer user groups or other on-going communication methods.
•Directs the team in the proactive identification and implementation of system process improvements related to all core global systems including ERP, EDI, Enterprise Workflow
Systems, in-house developed applications, and integrations.
•Manages the development of documentation for core business processes to improve efficiency, mitigate risk and enhance the success of future system conversions or changes.
•Enforces procedural and security standards.
•Monitors changes and problems affecting production systems to ensure that integrity and availability are maintained.
•Responsible for the development and growth of direct reports.
•Works on special projects as assigned by the VP of IT.
•Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals.
•Participate in user groups and industry forums, representing Autokiniton IT at meetings and conferences.
This full role is a part of our team IT Team and reports to the Vice President of Information Technology.
Required experience:
•Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Master's Degree preferred.
•Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in Information Technology, with two (2) years' experience as a manager or in a formal project leadership role on moderate to complex IT projects.
•Experience working with or managing an ERP development environment.
•Experience with QAD/Progress a plus.
•Experience developing and managing to budget.
•Background in IT Applications with a strong knowledge of business process development, business intelligence development, integration platforms, , and relational databases.

•Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements and translate to a software solution.
•Work with international colleagues. Bi-lingual experience is a plus.
•Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management software.
