What you'll doThe Sr. Enterprise Change Strategy Consultant is a highly impactful role, focused on top company initiatives to drive engagement, enablement, and digital adoption. You will assess and analyze programs to drive the best awareness, understanding, acceptance and adoption approach, including our in-app guidance WalkMeTM solution. You will develop compelling communication materials and contextual guidance within tools to meet collaborators where they are (i.e. slideware, intranet pages, newsletters, emails, slack posts, etc.). Your deliverables transform behaviors and attitudes to drive customer adoption and achieve desired business outcomes.
The successful candidate focuses on key details, while bringing creativity, agility, and a high level of responsiveness. You will also help create and maintain change management and communications tools, templates, calendars, best practices, playbooks, etc. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and manage competing pressures, and the flexibility to embed with functional collaborators to truly understand how best to support key audiences. Change management and digital adoption also requires strong diplomacy, passion for end-user experience, and the ability to galvanize others and make the journey fun and engaging. Lastly, successful candidates have a passion for data and using insights to inform change strategies to enable adoption and business outcomes.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Change Management Principal.
Responsibilities Help leadership manage change and execution on large-scale global programs, including customer negotiation, developing the change strategy, defining the criteria for adoption, key messages and communications, partnering on enablement, at-launch support, and reinforcement of change.Serve as our Digital Adoption Lead by evolving and driving our WalkMeTM strategy to support and scale right-sized and right-timed guidance in the flow-of-work to Docusign employees.Lead and support others on the team, and manage the overall WalkMeTM program.Analyze data related to the use of the in-system enablement solution (WalkMe) against various key performance indicators (KPIs) and report out quarterly on results and next steps.Partner with business owners to measure and report out adoption, business, and user sentiment success metrics on a regular cadence to stakeholder audiences, in partnership with Transformation Office leadership.Validate and establish acceptance criteria for program adoption materials and tutorials for final approval and sign-off.Create and implement quality communications plans, including feedback strategies, executive briefings, and pulse-type communications when necessary.Job DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bringBasic 8+ years of hands-on organizational change management experience with large enterprise programs.2+ years of digital adoption development experience (i.e. WalkMe, SFDC In-app guidance, Oracle guided learning, etc.) and communications development to enable large scale transformation across varied audiences, technologies and processes, including Salesforce, Apptus, Gainsight, Oracle, Tableau, etc.Experience defining success and using data to measure impact and adoption.Experience operationalizing communications for rhythmic/recurring communication channels while maintaining and tracking engagement (reach, resonance, relevance).Experience creating and operationalizing change networks, communities of super users, etc. to gain insights and drive adoption throughout the enterprise.Preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage collaborators across the organization, drive consensus and build trusted-advisor relationships.WalkMeTM Certified Builder for digital adoption.Change management methodology or certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP, other).Strong and demonstrated Salesforce (SFDC) navigation and reporting experience.Understanding and experience providing support and business readiness planning for enterprise sales audiences.An impact player with a track record of converting ideas to impact, spotting and acting upon opportunities especially in times of change or setback.Strong openness to grade and analyze our delivery and work for continuous improvement.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can flex and prioritize based on new information and program changes.Exceptional teamwork and relationship-building skills.Natural problem-solver with proven experience managing multiple unique programs, projects, and partner groups.Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary
Illinois: $129,000.00 - $182,250.00 base salary
Washington: $129,000.00 - $190,550.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
