What you will do: Serve as a key contributor to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Assist with the global consolidation of the company's subsidiaries and preparation of consolidated financial statements. Prepare and review month-end reconciliations including but not limited to, accrued expenses, software capitalization, prepaid expenses, payroll liabilities and lease liabilities. Provide meaningful analysis for subsidiary and corporate level financial statements. Assist finance team on numerous projects, including the implementation of new technologies, the financial statement audit, and process improvements. Work with the operations department to ensure timeliness and accuracy of customer related operational matters. Communicate with department leads to identify potential accruals and accounting issues. Review journal entries prepared by finance associates. Execute controls, including account reconciliations, and support inquiries from third-party auditors. Prepare ad hoc reporting as needed. What we are looking for: 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience (minimum of 2 at a Big 4 accounting firm). Bachelor's degree in accounting required. CPA license required. Experience working with publicly traded companies is preferred. Strong understanding/proficiency of technical accounting. Experience with multi-national, multi-currency transactions and consolidations. Experience in collaborating with remote colleagues and employees globally. Must thrive in a rapid-paced and dynamic business environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to direct and supervise. Ability to solve practical problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The annual gross base salary range for this position is $86,400-$108,000 plus an annual bonus opportunity.
