Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to lead finance activities related to budgeting, forecasting, and analysis as part of an Integrated Business Planning process. The role involves overseeing financial aspects of various operational functions, supporting environmental initiatives, and contributing to corporate social responsibility goals.

Description Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Oversee and coordinate the IBP process, collaborating with departments such as Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing. Provide financial outlooks to guide business decisions. Identify financial deviations and recommend corrective actions. Manage communication regarding risks and opportunities. Support the Master Business Review process. Participate in ESG reporting and monitoring, partnering with the ESG team. Profile Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in IBP finance for FMCG. Strong problem-solving and action-plan development skills. Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Ability to make difficult decisions and challenge the status quo. Familiarity with systems such as Logility, JDE, and Tableau.
