Sr. Manager Treasury
As they Sr. Manager Treasury, you will be responsible for overseeing CoorsTek, Inc.'s worldwide treasury, and regional accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. You will provide input on treasury management vision, systems and processes. You will also ensure effective management and leadership for treasury, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and provide input and insights to the direction of cash management activities (including the collection and payment thereof) for CoorsTek, Inc. Drive operational efficiency initiatives of payment, collection and treasury systems. Provide input to and executes on treasury strategy to effectively manage cash balances, location and access, and maximizes liquidity for the business. Execute hedging strategies for interest rate, currency, and commodity risk, and determining counter-party risk. Monitor and report daily cash flow requirements, including cash receipts and payments, financial obligations, debt covenants, interest charges, and earnings. Leverage the company's capital structure and risk management strategies to drive optimization of financial performance and mitigate risks. Support related banking partner relationships. Independently oversee US accounts payable and receivable personnel and ensures they perform their duties effectively and accurately, such as processing invoices, paying vendors, resolving disputes, managing credit, and collecting cash Lead and mentor a team of proficient accounts payable and receivable staff, who can handle vendor payments, invoice processing, credit management, cash collection, and dispute resolution in a fast-growing company. Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures (both systematic and user functional to ensure data integrity and safeguarding of assets), while minimizing manual effort to ensure compliance. Responsible for driving cohesive cross-functional approach to team and its interaction with customers, internal and external. Job Requirements: Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field. 8-10 years' experience in field. CTP, CPA or CFA designation preferred. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience working within large/global companies is highly desirable. Familiarity with foreign exchange markets and strategies is preferred. Previous management or team leadership experience is preferred. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be self-motivated and exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated/self-directed individual willing to take initiative required. Target Hiring Range
Annual Salary: USD 118,547.00 - USD 163,002.00
