Job Title: Sr. Manager - Treasury and Equity Administration

About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Treasury and Equity Administrator to join our finance team. This role is critical in managing the organization's treasury functions and overseeing equity administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, equity administration, and strategic planning.
What You'll Do:
Treasury Management:
Oversee the organization's treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and investment strategies. Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs. Manage banking relationships and negotiate terms to optimize banking services and costs. Monitor and manage the company's debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with debt covenants and optimizing debt structures. Develop and implement strategies for risk management, including foreign exchange and interest rate risk. Prepare and present regular reports on treasury activities to senior management and the board of directors. Equity Administration: Administer the company's equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other equity-based awards. Manage the equity grant process, including the issuance of new grants, tracking vesting schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with legal, HR, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of equity compensation. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding equity compensation matters, including education on plan benefits and tax implications. Prepare and file necessary reports with regulatory bodies, such as the SEC, related to equity compensation. Develop and maintain equity administration policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CTP is highly desirable. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in treasury management, equity administration, or related financial roles. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management principles. Experience with equity compensation plans and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and equity administration platforms. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Who We Are:

The expectation is for you to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. Our office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA. The target pay range for this role is: $140,000 - $150,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
