Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer at Nacho Offroad Technology located in Mesa, AZ. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems for off-road vehicles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet performance, cost, and quality requirements, and you will be involved in all phases of the product development process, from concept generation to final production. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field5+ years of experience in mechanical design5+ years of experience in CAD design (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materialsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet project deadlinesExperience with off-road vehicle design is a plusKnowledge of regulatory standards and safety requirements is a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
