About the Role
Validity is hiring an experienced Senior Product Manager with a track record of managing SaaS products and their P&Ls successfully in the email deliverability market.
Our Product Managers are critical to the organization – working with many parts of the business to ensure our products are leaders in their markets. In tight collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing you will be responsible for Validity's contact verification solution, from product development to sales and retention.

Position Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwn the product lifecycle, performing continuous market discovery and documenting the business and development plan.Lead discovery efforts, analyzing and evaluating data and making decisions to acquire and integrate new data sources.Work with key stakeholders to shape the vision, set the strategy, and craft the product backlog and roadmap for your product(s).Define requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Work with Engineering on documenting the scope, reliability, and behavior of data sets.Facilitate execution with Engineering: making trade-offs, anticipating staffing needs, risks, and ensuring frequent and clear communication internally and with customers.Assess and communicate the impact of upcoming releases on the product operating model.Define KPIs required to measure a product's success. Build and track KPIs to measure product success and report the product's contributions to the business.Orchestrate implementations of technical solutions with internal stakeholders and data partners.Contribute to best practices and mentoring of junior team members.Required Experience, Skills, and Education5+ years of experience at the Senior Product Manager level, having been accountable for the commercial success of a SaaS product. This includes defining addressable market, evaluating competition, crafting product strategy and positioning, developing pricing and packaging, owning short-, mid-, and long-term roadmaps, as well as executive-facing reporting and communication.Repeated experience growing Product revenue (NRR and GRR) for a SaaS product.Deep experience defining and building SaaS products.Clear and concise oral and written communication skills – able to communicate compelling headlines to technical and executive-level audiences, and support those headlines with deep command of the details.Strong understanding of how software is built and deployed.Proficient in dotted-line influence with your key stakeholders.Fluent in at least one SQL-based language.Preferred Experience, Skills, and EducationExperience in the email delivery and deliverability space, with knowledge of the sender-mailbox provider-sender reputation ecosystem, and the companies involved.Experience with growing (and protecting from fraud) an eCommerce business.About Validity
