As a Sr. Product Manager I, you'll lead the development and management of capability sets for cloud, platform, and DevSecOps product offerings across multiple security domains. In this role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering and operations teams, from strategy and roadmap creation to execution and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and operations to ensure products meet the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance while addressing customer needs.

What you'll do: Define and drive the product vision and strategy Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned to customer needs and technology drivers Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform product decisions. Collaborate with operations support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related issues. Develop and deliver training and documentation to support customer adoption and usage. Apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and techniques to elicit and derive product capability requirements Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical/system requirements including epics and user stories Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility including definition of minimum viable products (MVP) or program increments (PI) Ensure that all product offerings meet stringent security and compliance standards. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future development. What you'll need to succeed: Active TS//SCI with CI poly 6+ years of experience in product management, requirements analysis, capability development or similar field, with a focus on cloud, DevSecOps, or related areas. Proven track record of successfully launching or managing complex technology products using Agile methodologies such as Scrum Strong understanding of cloud platforms and DevSecOps practices. Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
