More about the team: With the innovations over the past year, every company is trying to figure out how to become an AI company. A pivotal part of successful AI is ensuring you have good quality data and that your model is performing as expected. To meet this need, Databricks has built a first of its kind Lakehouse Monitoring capability that helps customers (1) proactively identify and fix quality issues in their data and inference pipelines and (2) surface quality metrics in their data lake so users know if a dataset or model is reliable to develop on top of (e.g., "can I trust this data is good to build an ML model with?"). This product extends far beyond competitive products in the market and is expected to be critical to Databricks across multiple product teams.
