Responsibilities: Under close supervision or general supervision, trains to perform engineering work in design, traffic, survey, materials testing, permits, construction inspection, or other engineering specialties; performs related duties as required.
Prepares simple maps, records, graphs, and drawings or provides details on more complex ones. Knowledgably in working various computer programs including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and scheduling software(s). Discusses project items such as schedule, cost, and quality with project owners, engineers, contractors, and other client representatives; coordinates construction activities with property owners, utility companies, contractors, etc.
Exhibit a customer-oriented behavior, by clearly understanding customers' needs and expectations, and anticipating possible barriers or obstacles that may impact the project(s) adversely and communicating these on a timely manner.
Generated documentation must be free of errors, controlled and well-organized.
Manage technical issues/problems appropriately and efficiently.
Guarantee top quality of services provided to client by reviewing work performed, documentation submitted, get hold of client feedback and monitoring project status vs. client requirements.
Promote excellent relationship with MENTOR clients, encouraging an open dialog and trustful communication between both parties demonstrating a professional conduct always and proudly represent MENTOR at all levels and places.
Alerts management when problems are identified and make recommendations for improvements.
Must be a team player committed to developing and working in a quality environment.
Complies with MENTOR's administrative requirements timely and consistently in areas such as: weekly reports, bi-weekly timesheets, yearly updates of medical/training records, attendance to work, etc.
Other duties as assigned by manager, upper management or by the client.
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills: BS / BA in Engineering E.I.T required, PE preferred 10+ years' experience in related Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Food and Beverage, Cosmetics and Healthcare Industries with responsibility over Project Management activities.
