Sr. Project Manager (New Products) – Añasco

Design, plan and execute large, high profile, strategic and business continuity infrastructure and capital initiatives by developing plans including, but not limited to, new products, new facilities, new equipment, new processes, revenue growth, geographic expansion, and improving current products, equipment and processes. Facility design, construction and validation. Supervise contractors Engineers. Manage Capital Budget with Finance Department. Develop accurate project plans using MS Project tools. Execute detailed, high level and two weeks look ahead schedules and monitor progress.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Bio-Mechanical, Professional Engineer License and/or PMP certification preferred. At least four to six years (4-6) years of management experience with demonstrated success in leading capital projects and proven results, effective leadership and management skills. Results-driven leadership and management skills. Excellent negotiating and risk management skills. Excellent communication and influencing skills up, down and across the organization. Strong analytical and planning skills Lean Six Sigma and Process Excellence training/knowledge a plus. Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, EPA, PRASA, PREPA, GPM's, FM Global and Federal and Local regulations. Working knowledge of computers and business software (MS Office, MS Project) required. Fully bilingual. (English/Spanish) (One year contract 1339)
