General Description


Leads marketing support for specific Business Units in their growth objectives by managing the design, development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans to support the organization's products, services, and business goals, while aligning products and services with customer preferences.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Develops strategy, plans, and manages marketing support to launch and position products and services in collaboration with business units:

Leads the designs, development, and implementations of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to support business growth objectives.

Responsible for the execution of specific marketing strategies and media plans to position products and services (existing and new efforts) based on customer analytics.
:

Analyzes data and insights to prepare campaign briefs considering competitive landscape, market, customer data and trends.
:

Effective management of marketing campaigns in conformity with the established branding guidelines and integrating traditional and digital media that comply with the 360 concepts, according to budget.
:

Delivers results in alignment with business goals, while being effective and efficient, identifying opportunities and monitoring efforts outcome to optimize campaigns.
:

Manages and oversees monthly or as per needed reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor and optimize efforts. Assures data integrity and quality.
:

Ensures the fulfillment of all operational/regulatory processes in his/her group.
:

Manages assigned budget and resources.
:

Provides an excellent customer service to internal business units and promotes collaboration.
:

Proactively connects, communicates, and involves peers (internal and from relevant parties outside Marketing) in the development, engagement and results of initiatives that have an impact to Popular.Develops and coaches' employees. Establishes development plans.



Supervisory Responsibilities:


Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


Education


Bachelor's degree in communication, Finance or Marketing.


Experience


Five (5)years of supervisory experience, and a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of solid Marketing and Sales experience.
