The Rewarded Ads team is building innovative new ad experiences that offer customers rewards when they perform an action like buying a brand's products, watching a video on Fire TV, or engaging with a stream on Twitch. These experiences delight customers and deliver results for advertisers. We're looking for an experienced designer to lead UX design for our team.

Minimum Qualifications8+ years of design experienceHave an available online portfolioExperience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in natureKnowledge of usability principles and techniquesKnowledge of best practices for information architecture and designExperience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey mapsExperience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexityExperience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standardsExperience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similarExperience with UX design of complex workflowsExperience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AjaxExperience applying scrum to visual or UX design processesAble to take ambiguous design problems and work with stakeholders and user research insights to craft design solutions grounded in customer needs and business goalsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
