Staff Accountant

Perform comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure precise transaction recording.
Assist with various administrative functions as needed.
Calculate commissions accurately and timely.
Collaborate with the systems manager to optimize financial processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Minimum of 1 years of accounting experience
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
