*Role and Responsibilities*
*The CXC Pharmacist is responsible for providing a superior customer experience to customers and a supportive environment for the best patient care. In addition, the CXC Pharmacist will be responsible for handling high volume phone calls and providing counseling to all patients and prescribers. The CXC Pharmacist will support Belmar Pharma Solutions management in carrying out the mission of the company.*

*· Interpret prescription orders and input into the computer system*
*· Advise patients and doctors about our products*
*· Checking compounding formulas and update lot and expiration dates*
*· Perform final check on all prescriptions*
*· Supervise technicians*
*· Perform initial interpretation of prescriptions*
*· Very that prescription was entered into the computer against the hard copy*
*· Accept verbal orders from voice mail, IVR, and direct phone contacts*
*· Answer phones as needed*
*· Monitor compliance with Belmar Policies and Procedures*
*· Follow all state and federal laws*
*· Performs other duties as assigned*
*Qualifications and Education Requirements*
*· Registered Pharmacist in Colorado*
*· Must exhibit excellent customer service skills*
*· Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment*
*· Good math skills are essential*
*· preferred skills*
*· Experience with Compounding*
* *Experience working in a manufacturing environment*
* *Experience working in a Federally Regulated Facility*
*· Strong chemistry background*
*· Strong non-sterile compounding experience*
*· Technical writing skills for writing Standard Operating Procedures*
*Additional Notes*
*· Reports directly to the site Operations Manager*
* *Must be able to work in a variety of positions and locations such as sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and walking, for prolonged periods of time*
*· Potential exposure to chemicals used in the preparation of compounds. Some chemicals are classified as hazardous and special safety precautions must be taken when working with these chemicals*
*· Must be able to wear required compounding safety equipment for long periods of time when required*
