At Arbital Health, we are accelerating the shift from fee-for-service agreements to value-based care agreements. We do this by building a neutral, third-party platform that allows our customers to design, measure, and adjudicate value-based care agreements that maximize resources and help patients get the care they need to thrive. We are looking for highly talented and highly motivated individuals. You will be a roll-up-your-sleeves builder eager to innovate and collaborate to change healthcare. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated sales lead with proven success turning prospects into customers - and driving revenue growth. As one of our first go-to-market team members, you will play an essential role in identifying, winning, & expanding customers for Arbital Health. We are particularly looking for those with a strong background in healthcare, with an emphasis on selling to employers and point solution health vendors. You will:Develop and cultivate relationships with self-funded employers and point solution healthcare providersBuild and manage a pipeline of opportunities that allows you to beat your quota consistentlyOwn the sales cycle - from lead generation to closingAct as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, providing insight into how Arbital Health helps them make the shift to value-based care agreementsWork collaboratively with product, marketing, sales development, and customer success teams.You will establish yourself as a key voice for and in our market.Qualifications:5+ years of Healthcare selling experienceStartup experience. You understand the pace and expectations of building a new business.You are comfortable operating with autonomy amidst ambiguity, and are seeking to manage-up to leaders and seek coaching and mentorship rather than daily management.You are strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurialYou are a strong communicator and a quick learner. You can articulate complex concepts clearlyYou are organized and understand the importance of maintaining accurate data and value an analytical approach to your work.You have a track record of exceeding sales goals.$200,000 - $300,000 a year
Salary The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as the candidate's geographic location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided here. For candidates based in San Francisco, the estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $200,000 - 300,000. Why Join Us?
