In this role, you'll be the architect of:
Technical excellence, from research to design, ensuring every specification is a testament to innovation. Project management mastery, steering projects with a keen eye on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Leadership in our Columbus Structures/Bridge Section, fostering growth and mentoring the next generation of engineering talent. Financial acumen, performing cost estimate calculations with precision. Marketing finesse, from client discovery to sealing the deal, you're the face of our future. Client satisfaction, maintaining relationships that are as strong as the structures you'll design. Quality assurance, ensuring every design meets our sky-high standards. A diverse array of duties, each one an opportunity to showcase your skills. Your Background: A decade or more of experience, with a track record of leading structural projects. A networker at heart, with a drive to forge industry connections. An entrepreneurial spirit, eager to expand V3's presence in Ohio. Proficiency in CAD, especially Microstation, is your second language. PE/BSCE credentials are part of your professional DNA.
