Substitute Clerical

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Principal/Site Administrator, perform a wide variety of clerical assistance duties involving frequent and responsible contact with students, staff and the general public.

Interested candidates must:
Pass a substitute exam we proctor OR
Have 48 semester college units OR possess an AA degree or higher*
Obtain proof of a negative TB test completed no sooner than 60 days of hire.
Pass a CA Dept. of Justice & FBI Live Scan Criminal Background Check
Resume optional.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must include work experience and professional references on the application.

Applicants screened to move forward must pass a Substitute Competency Exam.
The Substitute Competency Exam may be bypassed if the applicant can show proof of 48 semester college units OR possess an AA degree or higher.
