Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines while handling food products
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service or customer service role is beneficial
- Proficiency in using POS systems.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
