We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team . The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate production team activities
- Train and mentor staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor production processes to meet quality and quantity goals
- Utilize forklifts for material handling as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for inventory management
- Ability to supervise work areas effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
