As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, driving strategic recruitment initiatives, and partnering with leaders to build teams that embody our core values and vision.
Where you come in: You will supervise Document Control Technicians that will review and rout for approval Change Control (CO), Deviation (DEV), Corporate Change Order (CORPCO). You will support for audits and audit preparation, updating and reviewing quality inspections, and creating quality documents for additional guidance Experience on Document Control in a regulated industry What makes you successful: You have attention to detail, good communication skills, and can multitask.
