Overview:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is responsible for administering and enforcing robust quality assurance policies and procedures for the Market Center. This role is essential in ensuring that Aramark is providing consistent customer service and performance on behalf of both Aramark's external and internal customers. The QA Supervisor will have responsibility for a team of up to 8 Q Technicians/Inspectors and supports Market Center operations.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Enforce standard operating procedures to ensure full compliance to industry, ISO, and federal regulation standards; Process and environmental monitoring; Direct influence on meeting customer requirements; Oversee day-to-day quality operations and supervise QA staff; Use quality monitoring tools to compile and track performance at a team and individual level; Ensure QA Program is enforced; Investigate quality issues and recommend changes and/or improvements as needed; Document QA activities utilizing good documentation practices; Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management; Develop, analyze, and publish key metrics (daily, weekly, monthly, annually); Develop and enforce policies and procedures; Maintain documentation for ISO compliance; Maintain inventory of QA and plant supplies; Oversee plant decontamination and cleaning processes and staff; Other duties, as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: ; Strong work ethic, attention to detail, effective organization, and problem solving skills; Strong customer centric mentality; Excellent knowledge of QA tolls, concepts, and methodologies; Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization; Strong verbal and written communication; Strong problem solving, project management, and analytical skills; Strong relationship-building skills; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Minitab statistical software; Familiarity with GTS and barcode data systems; Ability to supervise 4 or more QA Technicians/inspectors
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015

Experience:
2+ Years in Cleanroom Manufacturing preferred; Previous lab experience
Education:
Bachelor's in Science
