Supervisor Security

Supervise and assist in the implementation of all safety and security programs for the purpose of providing protection and a sense of well-being to all guests and team members.
Responsible for all day security administration including evaluation of the operation for the existence of security concerns.
Document security plans, implementation or procedures and revising them when necessary.
Ensure that security officers have the appropriate training and certifications to be in compliance with state or local laws.
Provide training to officers, management and staff.
Apprise the Security Director of any security related matters.
Establish and maintain security records and reports file.
Establish a liaison with outside law enforcement and emergency agencies.
Manage or assist in hotel's emergency plan.
Administer CPR and First Aid.
Report criminal or suspicious activity.
Ensure strict compliance with all key control procedures.
Perform Pre-shift meetings and trainings.
Maintain order in the hotel, dealing with the welfare of guests, assisting with door lock problems, safe box problems, coordinate expedient response to emergency conditions such as fire, fire or safety hazards and threats to life and/or property in a calm, rational and persuasive manner.
Any other tasks assigned by General Manager or Security Director.
